Aging Gracefully with Yoga

The beauty of yoga is that it will rise up to meet you wherever you are. It is a practice for everybody, whether it’s in a chair, on a mat or a moving meditation in nature. By connecting our breath with gentle or even really powerful movement, we move energy and promote healing, which becomes especially important as our bodies age. What felt good at 20 might not feel so good at 60, and yoga gives us the opportunity at any age to empower our bodies in creating flexibility, balance and well-being.
