We have an inherent need to achieve happiness. We think If this “thing” would happen, or if we just could accomplish a certain task, make more money, find the perfect relationship, or not have to wrestle with all these challenges, only then would we be happy. Well, I have lived enough to know it doesn’t work like that and in the past, it has literally worn me out trying.
