Valentine’s Day Chocolate Nut Bombs (GF, Vegan)

We all know that too much sugar is not a good thing for your overall health and wellbeing, but there’s still that craving for satisfying that sugar tooth, right? Want to make something sugar free for your special Valentine? Maybe that special someone is you!!

Since they aren’t overly sweet, fat bombs are perfect for balancing your blood sugar while giving you a boost of energy and curbing your sweet tooth. They’re delicious for breakfast, afternoon snacks, before or after a workout, or as a replacement for carb-heavy snacks. They are a healthy way to satisfy your craving without the risk of over-indulging!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Ingredients: (makes 12 — I usually double it for my 24 piece candy mold)

Chocolate Layer

  • 2 tbs melted coconut oil
  • 4 tbs sugar free peanut butter or almond butter
  • 4 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 tsp stevia drops

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 2 tbs melted coconut oil
  • 4 tbs sugar free peanut or almond butter
  • 1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 tsp stevia drops

Directions:

Combine chocolate layer ingredients. Stir until smooth. Fill mini heart shaped silicone molds (no liners required) or mini muffin cups halfway. Freeze for 10 minutes while you make…
