Yoga for Cyclists
Through stretching, strengthening and stabilizing the body, the physical benefits of yoga serve as complementary to many other forms of exercise. Cycling is an exercise that pairs perfectly with yoga. As a hobby or a sport, cycling requires a significant amount of strength and stamina and can lead to sore muscles and stiff joints. For cyclists, practicing yoga can work wonders to prepare the physical body and develop a mindful connection between breath and body, leading to increased endurance on the bike.
Why should cyclists do yoga?
